which owns the platform licensed by the
Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and linked to the
Global Distribution System, represented in
the contract by Dr \ Nabil Jamil Al-Thagafi in
his capacity as \ Chairman of the Board of
Directors.
Preamble
As the first party a company existing under
the laws and approved by the Ministry of Hajj
and Umrah to provide reservation services for
hotels, transportation, and any other services
that will be added in the future on the
platform and linked to the Hajj and Umrah
Global Distribution System, and since the
second party has complete knowledge of the
Umrah markets and has relationships that
enable it to carry out the marketing activity
for the benefit of the first party, The two As the first party a company existing under
the laws and approved by the Ministry of Hajj
and Umrah to provide reservation services for
hotels, transportation, and any other services
that will be added in the future on the
platform and linked to the Hajj and Umrah
Global Distribution System, and since the
second party has complete knowledge of the
Umrah markets and has relationships that
enable it to carry out the marketing activity
for the benefit of the first party, The two parties decided to contract for their interests,
according to the following conditions:
First condition: The first party displays
services on its marketing platform, such as
hotels, transportation, and any other services
added by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in
the future to operate the platforms.
Second condition: The second party markets
the services of the first party platform to its
customer network in the country in which it
operates.
Third condition: The first party is obligated to
coordinate with the Saudi Umrah Company,
which is contracting with the external agent,
to purchase programs from it and to finalize
the marketing commission according to
special add contract.
Fourth condition: This agreement is valid
during the Umrah season 1443 AH and ends
with its expiry. It is renewed by a letter signed
by both parties for the upcoming seasons if
they desire.
Fifth condition: In the event of conflicts
between the two parties, a harmless solution
should be taken that does not affect the
interests of both parties, and in case of
disagreement, compliance should be made
under the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Sixth condition: This agreement has been
entered in two copies, and each party has
received a copy to act upon it.
